The exhibition "Studio glass" is named after the Studio Glass Movement, which started in the USA of the 1960s. This movement has brought the craftsmanship of glass into the world of contemporary art, a world that is becoming less discriminatory of its branding (craft, decorative art or design art) and reacts more to the finished product according to its artistic quality.
